Remote Work Criteria

As a reminder that our Customers depend on Trax to support their mission-critical systems 24/7 & 365 days year. Trax is committed to maintain an optimal level of staffing without exposing our staff to unnecessary risk to Covid-19.

 

TRAX OFFICE REMAINS OPEN FOR ALL EMPLOYEES EXCEPT:

for the following staff members that are required to work remotely under the FLEX TIME Policy (providing productivity reports as required by your manager) for the next two weeks:

    • Staff returning from a Country with high infection rate of COVID-19 (China, Korea, EU/UK, etc.) must self-quarantine for 14 days and can work remotely
    •  
    • Staff returning from a City with high infection rate of COVID-19 must self-quarantine for 14 days and can work remotely
    •  
    • Staff with Health Conditions that are high-risk for COVID-19 can submit a Doctors note (within 7 – 10 business days after self-quarantine) that recommends self-quarantine due to any of the following health conditions:
    •  
        • •   Pregnant Women and that are able to work remotely
        •  
        • •   If your Spouse is Pregnant and you are able to work remotely
        •  
        • •   Persons with Diabetes, Lung Disease & Heart Disease that are able to work remotely
        •  
        • •   Older Adults over 60 that are able to work remotely

     

    •  
    • Staff that is a Single Parent that do not have someone to watch their kid(s) due to school closure and can work remotely
    •  
    • Staff that is a Married Parent that is the primary caregiver or that can alternate in watching their kid(s) due to school closure and can work remotely

ALL OTHER EXCEPTION REQUESTS MUST BE CLEARED THROUGH THE EVP or CEO. NO ONE SHOULD PUT THEIR COWORKERS AT RISK FOR COVID-19. LIKEWISE, ALL STAFF MUST COMPLY WITH LOCAL, STATE & FEDERAL AUTHORITIES’ ORDERS.

Extensions to this schedule or expansion of these criteria will be announced according to the progression of the pandemic. 

Employees that CANNOT work remotely; OR fall sick with Covid-19 AND CANNOT work remotely; are eligible for unpaid leave of absence during the pandemic and use any remaining Excused Absence & PTO accrued/available and must provide a leave of absence request/notice to hr@trax.aero

All other staff are required to report to work as regularly scheduled as TRAX will continue to operate out of our headquarters until such time that the building is closed by its management or the pandemic reaches a level where Miami-Dade County Emergency Ops Center announces a broad countywide lockdown to quarantine all residents.
