Trax activated its Business Continuity Plan earlier in the week. Now we are entering the Warnings phase (per Section 13.3.3.) where we close our operation in our Headquarters to allow Traxers to shelter in place where it is safest for them to be during the hurricane.
Trax offices will be closed on Wednesday & Thursday with the entire team working remotely. On Friday, once the Tropical Storm Warnings are lifted, Trax will reopen its Headquarters.
Traxers will continue to work remotely Wednesday & Thursday, as Miami-Dade & Broward Counties have announced that schools will remain closed through Thursday.
Support lines will remain open while our support teams remain connected. We do not anticipate any catastrophic damage to South Florida that would affect our teams working remotely.
